Insurance Information
Insurance Rates for Psychotherapy Related Services
We are contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, United/Optum, and Medicare. Each of those organizations set their own reimbursement rates for psychotherapy. To find out the cost of your copay or co-insurance you can contact your health insurance provider. We are prohibited from posting the fees of services under these contracts.
We are currently not in network with HMO programs or Medicaid.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation Policy
Our clinic offers one free late cancellation per year. A late cancellation is within the 24 hour window prior to your session time. The cost of a late cancellation depends upon your insurance or self-pay rate. We charge these fees because (1) often times clinician’s schedules are full and (2) patients occasionally need rescheduling options. Early cancellation of services ensures people can get access to a provider when needed.
