Position: Masters or Doctoral Level Licensed Psychotherapist

Wonder Institute for Psychological Health, Inc. is looking to hire a masters or doctoral level clinician and would love for you to be a part of the practice!

We specialize in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches to psychotherapy treatment and case conceptualization. As a member of our team you will be able to expand your skills in the areas of psychotherapy, case management, and case conceptualization. You will receive regular supervision/consultation, a private office to conduct your work, and competitive compensation for your work.

Job Summary:

To provide individual psychotherapy to assigned clients.

 

Primary Responsibilities: Masters or Doctoral Level Clinician

-Provide consistent and on-going individual psychotherapy to patients.

-Perform comprehensive intake, assessment, treatment planning, and diagnosis.

-Meet and maintain a standard of direct service hours and quality of service.

-Maintain client files and records with clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.

-Prepare required notes, case notes, contact notes, and other documentation on a timely basis.

-Participate in individual supervision.

-Follow and utilize the APA code of ethics and to provide an ethical treatment to individuals seeking psychotherapy services.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

-Masters Degree relevant to Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Art Therapy, or Social Work (MS, MFT, MSW, MAAT) or doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD).

-Licensed to practice independently

-Experience in counseling, art therapy, or psychotherapy services.

-Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.

Position Provides:

-Pay as a W2 employee; pay will be 55% of the fee charged to client or insurance. Incentivized pay as well; over 25 sessions a week will result in an increased income. Compensation commensurate with experience.

-Supervision / consultation (1 hour a week per 10 hours of clinical encounters / 2 hours for 11-20 clinical encounters a week / access to licensed psychologist for supervision at additional times as needed).
